After the initial call or text, we will send you an intake form to complete online. We then use this info to determine which lab work is required.
Once blood work is completed and we receive the results, we will review them with you step by step and then customize your treatment plan; designed just for you.
Your customized plan may consist of compounded medications, supplements, injections, subcutaneous pellet implants, lifestyle changes and/or a combination of various applications. Some treatment plans may be done in the privacy and comfort of your own home without having to ever visit the clinic.
